Since 2015, Devin has been in direct to consumer sales. He’s managed door to door teams, scaled sales orgs as a recruiter, and most recently has focused his energy and effort as COO on the systems needed to support successful sales organizations, especially in virtual sales. Devin is an “integrator”. He has helped build the systems and processes used by few different solar companies and over the past 2 years he helped scale a virtual solar team to do 100 deals a month and then merged with a nationwide solar sales org.
Devin is now an independent consultant for sales orgs that want to optimize their systems, software, and processes. Also, he is a partner in a small, lean virtual solar sales org as well as two software companies who’s products support sales organizations and streamline their sales process.
